Parents Sue 30-Year-Old Son to Evict Him From Their New York Home

A New York judge has ruled that a 30-year-old man still living at his parents’ home must vacate the premises after numerous attempts to get him to leave. Mark and Christina Rotondo tried for months to evict their son, Michael, who did not pay rent or contribute to the household. At Tuesday’s hearing, New York State Supreme Court Judge Donald Greenwood sided with the parents. Michael was not happy. “I am just so outraged,” he said outside court. #InsideEdition

  1. Why would his parents do this…. I had to take care of my parents till they both died my father just passed away in 2018 and he didn't mind for me to live with him and I'm now 56 and now I have the house now

  2. I got out at 24- as soon as I got out of college mom and dad kicked me out and that is normal especially if they save the money you pay in rent and gift it back to you (mine did not, but i was okay).

  3. Im in my mid 30s roughly. I still live with my parents and they let me stay, however I do plan to move out in a couple years after I get my higher level certification for a job. Remember if your parents allow you to stay respect it, but don't stay there forever. Plan and become independent. Don't be dumb just pick up your skills of life.

  4. I left home at 20, got a job and paid rent on my apartment. It was not easy but it taught me some life lessons like how to budget and cook etc. This guy is just a lazy freeloader, the parents should have kicked his ass out years ago.
