ABERDEEN’s leasing specialists, Parkhill Property Leasing, have announced a major acquisition marking a new chapter in their presence in the North East.

Parkhill Property Leasing has purchased the residential rental business of full-service law firm Ledingham Chalmers in a six-figure deal that sees Parkhill Properties double its existing client base, as well as the creation of three new jobs.

Parkhill Properties, which currently has 10 employees, will also be acquiring two leasing staff from Ledingham Chalmers who will transfer to Parkhill’s Rosemount Place office in the city.

Parkhill Properties, Leasing Director, Chloe Baxter, who will oversee a smooth transition for both landlords and tenants, commented: “The acquisition of Ledingham Chalmers’ residential rental business forms part of our long-term growth strategy as that we continue to focus on building a larger customer base throughout the Northeast region.”

Parkhill Property Leasing, part of Parkhill Properties, has been managing rental properties in Aberdeen since 2005.
