Bacari-Bronze O’Garro, 18, arrested for videos posted days after receiving criminal conduct warrant

Friday, May 26, 2023 10:59 AM EDT

A teenager who was fined and issued a criminal behavior order (CBO) after entering a stranger’s home in a TikTok video has been arrested again two days after appearing in court.

Bacari-Bronze O’Garro, 18, known as Mizzy, appeared at Thames Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, where she admitted to one count of breaching a community protection notice issued on May 11, 2022.

In a video posted to Twitter on Friday, O’Gorro is seen being arrested by a plainclothes police officer who referred to two videos posted on social media on Wednesday and Thursday.

The Metropolitan Police confirmed that an arrest had been made. A spokesperson said: “On Friday May 26, officers arrested an 18-year-old male on suspicion of breaching a criminal behavior order. He has been arrested. Investigations are ongoing.”

O’Garro gained notoriety after widely shared footage on social media showing him entering someone’s home without permission, filmed as part of an online trend to break into strangers’ homes. In other videos, he was seen allegedly getting into a man’s car claiming it was his Uber and harassing the train passengers.

On Wednesday, the judge, Charlotte Crangle, issued an order to the Hackney teenager not to post videos on social media without the consent of the people featured. She was also told that she was not to trespass on private property and that she was not to attend the Westfield Center in Stratford, east London. O’Garro was also ordered to pay a total of £365.

Varinder Hayre, the prosecutor, told the court that O’Garro had violated a community protection notice, which included a condition not to trespass on private property, on May 15 of this year.

“He went to the address of the victim’s house,” she said. “The property gate was open. Mr. O’Garro entered the property and immediately went downstairs. He was stopped by the owner of the house.

“He went to the living room. She sat on the couch and said, ‘Is this where the study group is?’”

In mitigation, Lee Sergent said that O’Garro was raised by only one parent and had had a difficult upbringing. The teen had apologized to the family, he added.

“He is a smart young man and a young man with some potential,” he said.

After the ticket was issued, he appeared on Piers Morgan Uncensored on TalkTV, where the host asked him why he was “terrorizing” people in his neighborhood.

The teenager replied: “I wouldn’t call it scary, I’d rather call it having fun.” […] But let me get this out of the way first, I apologize. You see this situation that blew up on the internet, like going into houses randomly, the next day I apologized because I felt bad.
