  1. Omg I've been so into your qi gong videos. This literally feels like when I get acupuncture done but without getting poked with the needles. It's amazing. Is it the same thing in essence? Are they both just stimulating your meridians throughout your body to help everything flow and move and remove blockage in the energy?

  5. I like the qi gong and the setting is nice. However, I found it difficult to follow some movements as the sun was behind you, making you in the shade and difficult to see your movements.

  6. I really need this. I hope this exercise really heal me. I am currently suffer for the uterine fibroid and this is affect me so much pain during my period and very back pain daily. If you have other qigong practice for fibroid uterine will be much appreciated. Thank you and God bless you always
