Rents soar to £1280 per month in Manchester city center – here’s what you’ll get for the average price

Rental costs in manchester city center they have escalated yet again making living in the heart of the city even more unaffordable. The average price of a two-bed rental property it is now £1,279 per month, according to the latest economic report from Manchester City Council.

As demand continues to outpace supply, along with the cost of living crisisthe cost of renting in the city center has risen 3.3 percent in the last quarter alone.



Rental prices outside the city center have also skyrocketed according to the council, having risen 4 percent from the previous quarter. However, outside the center, a two-bedroom property costs an average of £987 to rent, which is considered much more affordable.
