Savills has taken on the UK property management business of Montagu Evans.
The property management team at Montagu Evans, which is led by Andrew Walker, comprises almost 100 staff who will all transfer to Savills with immediate effect.
Montagu Evans’ property management team currently manages a shopping centre portfolio of circa 5m sq ft across 20 centres, with the majority being public sector mandates.
