Secretary of Health will ask the courts if the next strike by RCN nurses is legal

In a letter to Mr Barclay, Danny Mortimer of NHS Employers said: “The advice we have received makes it clear that it is very likely that if industrial action notices are wrong in one respect then they are wrong in total and that strike action during the entire period from April 30 to May 2 is illegal.”
