Sky News business editor Ross Greenwood says questions have been raised about how quickly business owners will “understand and adopt” AI technology.
Greenwood’s comments come as rising energy prices, high interest rates and subdued consumer demand have put pressure on small business owners.
According to CBA research, 35 percent of SME owners are worried about energy prices, but even more are worried about rising costs.
