Properties are now up for grabs in North Staffordshire’s newest development. Countryside Partnerships is behind the property of 74 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes in Werrington.

It has been named Ash Bank Heights. The developer is also providing £139,128 for local sports grounds, £46,425 for community healthcare and £7,000 for more sustainable modes of transport.

Road safety improvements, including a pedestrian crossing on Ash Bank Road, were also agreed with council planners.

Managing Director Phil McHugh said: “We are excited to launch these new homes in Ash Bank Heights, catering to a range of requirements and tastes, from first-time buyers to families looking for a larger home. With wonderful scenery on its doorstep, excellent local facilities and fantastic transport links, this scheme will appeal to a wide selection of buyers and we anticipate considerable interest.”
