Connected or wireless VR?

Before we dig deeper, there’s one question you need to answer: Do you want a wired or wireless headset? Tethered VR gives you more graphic details because you are connected to a PC. The downside is that you’re, well, connected to a PC. There’s no getting around the fact that cables are hard to manage, especially when you can’t see them. It is likely that you will also stumble upon them at some point. But if you’re looking for absolutely top-of-the-line graphics and you’ve already paid for a great gaming pc either laptopthen you want to go tied up.

For most people, myself included, wireless VR is a much better option. It’s more comfortable, you don’t have to worry about getting tangled up in your own cables, and it’s totally portable. You can bring this type of VR headset to any room in the house without lugging around a PC. Also, in the case of Meta Quest 2, you can connect it to a PC if you want additional graphics power. Below we present both types of headphones. Have a look.
