Massage guns, too Known as percussion therapy devices, they help relax and soothe sore muscles, whether you’re an athlete or just hunched over a desk all day. Theraguns (made by Therabody) tend to be some of the most popular. We have tried and we like the whole range, but they are expensive. There are many Theragun alternatives for hundreds of dollars less.
