A security guard working in the residential area of Durg city of Chhattisgarh crossed all limits of cruelty. The guard caught hold of a local dog, tied its legs with wire and dragged the speechless animal until it died. Taking action, the police has arrested the accused.
The Durg police said that the guard has been arrested for killing the dog. A case has been registered against the accused under section 429 (killing or maiming animals) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and relevant provisions of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act. According to the police, the matter was informed by a person living at the spot, after which this action was taken.

Let us tell you that even before this, on May 5, a similar case came to light in Ajmer, Rajasthan. In which three youths were brutally making their pet dog dance in DJ at a wedding ceremony. In which a young man was holding both the legs of the dog from the front and making it dance in the DJ. After which two youths came there, they caught both the legs of the dog from behind and started dancing. After that all three together started tossing the dog in the air.
The video of this entire matter was becoming increasingly viral on social media. The police got this video on May 4, after which the police arrested all the three accused.
According to the Ajmer police, on the basis of the video, during the initial interrogation, it was revealed that all the three accused work as laborers and during interrogation, they also threatened the police, saying this is our dog, who are you?
