  1. ❀ Consistency is so important! For adults too. Keeping the same routine allowing you to calm down, always knowing the next step, dimming the lights allow our bodies to produce melatonin.

    NEVER use toothpaste at night with children. Why ?
    ALL toothpastes contain stimulants .. πŸ‘ˆπŸΏ
    this advice came from a Roche product scientist …
    Ever notice how children start jumping last thing – after they clean their teeth ?
    The stimulants go straight in via the mucus membranes.
    Use water only last thing β€¦πŸ‘ˆπŸΏ
    (So, buy good toothpaste .. made with BiCarb Soda and peppermint …)

    (Also LED lights* are very destructive to human biology check out Dr Jack Kruse (NourishVermont) …)
    *LEDs are β€œblue light” which is 4 times stronger than natural light … so, using LEDs at night is having the same effect as exposing ourselves to a 4 times brighter’ mid day sun.
    (Cover the LEDs with red or orange cellophane )

    AND. turn down all lights
    after sunset … for a natural β€œsunset” winding down
