  1. It's called pranayama. Two zero points. Complete stillness. Top of breath and bottom of breath. Bottom is slightly longer. You can lengthen both. Creation points. Natural points.

  3. No anxiety, just a migraine that’s been on and off for the past 3 weeks. 😩🫠 & I’ve only experienced a migraine maybe twice in my life prior to this. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I keep it movin’ though!
