  1. I'm glad she gave the older son a choice to continue playing in his room or to play with his brother, instead of forcing them to play together if they're not ready to do so yet.

  2. I like this parenting style and do this as well, but it does not go this smoothly. I’ve sat for over an hour in timeout trying to get a kid to admit to what they’ve done and to go apologize only to get absolute resistance. I have pretty stubborn kids.

  3. `I mean this with no disrespect, yet coming from a belief in the supernatural. The building of the tabernacle of the Old Testament didn't consist of any windows. There were certain aspects of ones life that wasn't from the world to see. And the sanctuary of the home isn't one that should have windows for the world to see. I understand that one could mean good, yet when you have doors open, the bad comes as well.

  4. I wish there were more parents like you in the world. Too many children today are not disciplined for their bad behaviour and allowed to get away with it because parents are too lazy to do anything. She didn’t lose her temper or shout at her son but gently but firmly explained what he had done wrong and gave him appropriate punishment by sending him to his room. Keep up the fantastic work with your well rounded and delightful children.❀❀❀

  5. It's so hard being the eldest. Always get the blame and all of the responsibility. Have to suppress 24/7 whilst younger ones act out freely. Was nice to finally leave when old enough to do so. This mum seems really nice. I get that this older boy just wanted to go back to his room… Safe space from always having to be the bigger guy. Feel for him

  6. Love how you exercised firm yet loving discipline; thank you for sharing your video. Healthy role modeling is so helpful for all to see. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ«ΆπŸΌ

  7. This what I call parenting, she was gentle and let him know what he did wrong and that there’s consequences, he served time out and she was so sweet telling him that what he did wasn’t nice and to apologize, my respect to this young mother β€πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘bless you and your family πŸ™
