Rockstar fixed the vehicle cargo warehouse. Mine is 99% full and I only have 1 top range car. You are no longer guaranteed to get only top range. So what I do is if I don't get a top range car is destroy it and source another one.

Yea, but if you sell your cars in invite only sessions there will be hostile cars spawning in your way who shoot at your tires with very high accuracy. This might make you unable to move and is guaranteed to cause at least 5k in damages

Cayo Perico is so good, me and my brother exchange doing the heist while the other has a cooldown.
Also, when you're in coop, the cool down is short enough to prepare another heist.
Don't forget the Cayo treasure scanner.
