  1. People forget the menopausal woman who never married nor has any kids. It's a deeply hard and conflicting time for some. (OK, me)

I have come to accept that my opportunity to have children has passed. When I was young I didn't want kids for various reasons. I was career oriented and valued my Independence and freedom to come and go as I chose.

I'm at the point where I look at myself in the mirror and see changes in my appearance. I have more wrinkles and grey hair. I need bifocals. I no longer have periods.

I'm only 51, yet while I don't necessarily feel old (whatever "old" is supposed to feel like), I'm aware that I am no longer able to physically do some of the things the same way I used to could.

My greatest fear is growing old and being alone. Sometimes this fear is overwhelming and out of proportion. I sometimes obsess about it in an unhealthy way. (I am in therapy for depression and anxiety now.)

To the single woman without children menopause is a reminder that I've failed at some part of my life. It's almost at odds of what I think about womanhood. In my right mind I can challenge this faulty thinking. Yet these thoughts reoccur. It's my depression telling me negative thoughts. ("telling me" is figuratively speaking, I know it a thought process.)

  2. Here’s my question. If I answer honestly,(to how are you doing?) not very well. I have no support system and I can’t go into a mental health facility, because I have medical issues-that they do not deal with.
WHAT is a good ANSWER? Please.answer. Please.

  3. Menopausal women most at risk for this. The use of electroshock or ECT has proved brain injuries by the CA courts around devices used. No FDA testing for safety or effectiveness. Dr. Bennet Omalu famous for findings of CTE in the NFL is stating similar outcomes expected given repeated brain injuries from electrical trauma in this. Current national device suit taking place in US. 5 billion in revenues from this practice in the US alone. Cover ups and harm for decades taking place at leading facilities. Used for many mental health conditions now and no longer a last resort. Patients are showing damages on testing. Increase in suicide after use of ECT in patients can find little help to address damages currently. This is also being used on our children and Veterans. Electrical trauma can evolve years out to include onset of ALS and ongoing cardiac issues as well. Given the situation of Covid more patients will be at risk for being offered this so inform yourselves. See ectjustice site and life after ECT site. If you have had ECT please contact the DK law group in CA to see if you qualify for joining the device suit. Please share this information with others in particular on public social as major media protecting providers and facilities.

  4. "3:07" This was great,
been searching for "help beat depression" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across – Lammywalness Erase Depression Guide ?
Go to 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 .𝗰𝗼𝗺 (remove spaces)
It is a good one off product for beating depression fast minus the normal expense. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my BF finally got astronomical success with it.

  5. I want to appreciate Dr Itepu on YouTube channel for giving me back my life again, I was diagnosed of fibroids after the use of Dr itepu herbal medicine I got cured, totally all thanks to Dr itepu I will forever be grateful to Dr itepu for bringing back my life again.

  6. There is NO fucking cure… It only gets worse and worse as you continue to age into your 50's and 60's. To put it bluntly, your brain cells are basically dying RAPIDLY!!! 💀

  7. Yes you are right. What I tried was to take antidepressant as I couldn't deal with the normal or obove normal stresses. The result-1year on sertraline, feeling really bad but trust g the doctors advice. 2.5year after I'm no longer Taki g this evil drug, I have been in hell after how unbelievably worse it had made me. Wanting Tobe dead every 2-3days. After 2teRs, it's just from worse to bad. Warming:antidepressants will ruin what's left of your life. Don't take that it will make you better to carry on approach. There needs to be a good revision if how they prescipbe this evel drug. I theory, with the medical advice to take antidepressants, I would have been dead at least ten times. Please be warned. You ignore, it's your choice.
