Isabel Berwick, a journalist for the Financial Times (FT), spoke with Jo Ellison and Robert Armstrong, two of FT’s top fashion writers, for their insight on how to update your wardrobe for the hybrid work life.

As employees continue to work from home, the focus on comfort and flexibility in clothing will also persist. A study by Mintel, a market research firm, found that 57% of consumers prioritize comfort when shopping for clothes.
