- Nearly half of internal staff said they had used AI in their staffing job over the last year. Higher-paid, more professional, and more managerial staff (with exceptions) tended to be more likely to use AI. Lower-paid and older staff tended to be less likely to use AI. Internal staff listed seven tasks for which they were commonly using AI.
- What should temporary workers and buyers be able to do without the aid of a human? Internal staff ranked 26 operational functions serving temps and buyers in terms of which they thought most needed automation.
- Operational tasks that internal staff say should be automated/outsourced to liberate staff time for more productive purposes. Twelve suggestions were made: sourcing/screening recruiting prospects, editing/reformatting resumes, credentialing/reference checks, financial reporting, marketing/social media, candidate care/job notifications, job posting, onboarding, organizing lists of sales prospects, payroll/timesheets, data processing, and general administrative.
