I'm pregnant right now – my only "won't" is won't run through a parking lot. Im a teacher and have seen so many close calls, and ended up on the hood of a car once grabbing a kid. Nothing makes my blood boil like parents on their phone or talking to a friend while their kids skip through a parking lot full of cars.
Same with us. I think we all know what “ideal” parenting looks like, but having to make these concessions is inevitable if you don’t have a whole village of people constantly in your life to help share the load. Like so many experienced and good parents or docs have told us, your sanity comes first 😂
