  1. I do think this podcast is focused on males which is okay I guess but would like to know more about the epidemiology/burden of disease for women. This topic was of particular interest to me as a WOMAN who would like to live longer. Clearly there are genetic differences. Thanks for the time and effort; much appreciated.

  2. "women were absent of any study" only men were studied… This mind-set seems very familiar to me… so familiar that I was very astonished to hear Peter Attia speaking.

  3. Dr. Attia thank you for touching on this subject. There’s a book by Caroline Criado-Perez called Invisible Women which is a great read on the data bias and lack of consideration for women across the board in both quantitative and qualitative aspects of research. She isn’t an MD, however it astounded me how she described how even things like crash test dummies are based ONLY on the average percentile adult male despite differences in the female anatomy that would be worth pursuing (and at least having data on) in safety tests.

I truly enjoy listening to you speak and I’ve been really enjoying your podcast!

  4. Please do more on this subject. I’ve been a subscriber of your channel for three years and have told many others about your podcast. I have asked my primary care Doc, my OBGYN about hormonal issues and they come up blank. Really we’re 50% of the population…. Every woman goes through many hormonal changes over her life and Docs can’t help. I don’t want to get friggin info from Suzanne Sommers (she wrote a bunch of books on the topic). The Docs focused on it charge $$$ and try to sell products for what seems like pseudoscience.
