Whether it’s an omnivorous (Aleix Espargaró) or a vegan diet (Pol Espargaró), nutrition plays a key role in the performance …

  1. I dont know about the other riders but, i feel Aleix like Ronaldo in Motogp, if we see his diet and activity outside Motogp (Cycling) feels like he never stop doing things ✌😄

  2. Clearly (even without English subtitles), it’s obvious they all eat like endurance athletes. Clean complex carbohydrates, white protein meats, vegetables and fruits. This isn’t about muscle mass, so protein levels are moderate at best. Key is complex carbohydrates for endurance/energy.

  3. Mmmmm starvation my favorite…. NOT.
"Right for Your Type" – D'Adamo. A blood type diet, rather than skimping like you're pimping.
Everyone except the elite is about to learn what hunger and being thin really is.
If you can not see worldwide famine approaching… hope you own a farm.
Invest in yourself, extend healthy living time, reduce health costs; Organic Local Food… Grow it Eat it.

  4. Awesome that Pol is focused on a nutritious vegan/plant-based 🌱 diet. It reduces inflammation, improves recovery time, and gets rid of the bad cholesterol from animal protein (thus improving heart & circulatory health). My health and energy dramatically improved after becoming vegan. I hope Aleix considers it in the future also.

  5. They have to do this because this guys are the most talented motorcycle riders in the world. The body weight is very important like Pol said. To Aleix I think it's no so hard to cut and control your food because he's an awesome cyclist!
