  1. What congress need to do is create laws and it loop holes of companys who layoff and replace that position within a year they has to still pay some type of worker taxes monthly.
Wages in a different A,I. Taxes in a level tier brackets. Cause the objection is the worst future outcome that is states and city government budget taxes income will be less, and the only way they can make up for it is through raising utilities, sewer, property, parking. Police, etc. more inflation. As alway, leader are too late, reality is all that about 230 thousand jobs lost majority will not come back. Congress is sleeping only thinking about a green future and running the world so they are wanting to take down china and Russia together. Business, worker, and government are a circle cycle.
You take away worker done by computer A.I really computer software that rewritten so it make the decision off a scanned instruction book of it procedure and department structure etc.
That A human was taught as a job that bring in taxes to run each state that run the Country. The only solution to that is a new type of communism state where everybody are payed a their set amounts of money to live with. And rules and regulations. Worker taxes gone replace by A.I can never be recovered. How can you get they to pay taxes later of that work or worker they don't need that A.I. Doing?

  2. Hi @Steve, at 8.25 min you're saying something on creating podcast by using audio recording and transscribe it to written text. You can do that using software descript i guess 🙂

  3. Hi Steve, Thanks again for your great video. I really want to try ChatGPT to learn new languages. However I cannot register a ChatGPT account in my area. Just seeing people talking how to use ChatGPT for all purposes online everyday. But I can just watching. Hope that ChatGPT will treat fair to all people one day.

  4. Such good advice. 2nd part is so true. Society seems too delicate to take advice like this. That said I try to impart this to my student’s . Anyway we would never get a video like this from other companies, refreshing and humanising . 👍

  5. I use Chat GPT for german. I ask it to write a 5000 german story at a B2 level with interlineal english translation and it writes separate paragraphs in german with english translation. I have done this with specific topics as well as dialogue. I copy and paste it to save for future study. It is easy for me to learn new vocabulary and grammar structure. I will also ask it for grammar explantions. It is great.

  6. I use it for practicing Japanese it's amazing, just having "someone" I can speak to and roleplay a scenario with helps so much, especially for someone who cannot go to Japan at the moment

  7. Im apologize to those who created this app, but ,in my case using this stuff give nothing new and inveigle. In fact everything it has on the internet and youtube already, but this one give us all the same, just in another way, and using this or not totally up to you.

  8. One more way I like to use ChatGPT is by incorporating it into my vocabulary review. I collect a list of words and then ask ChatGPT to generate a text using those words (e.g., "Please generate a text using these words: word1, word2, etc."). Once I have the generated text, I import it and "learn" from it whenever I want.

I find this process helps me memorize the words more effectively compared to just reviewing them on their own. I write down the reviewed words twice: first on paper and then in the ChatGPT chat. Additionally, reading the text generated by ChatGPT further enhances my ability to memorize the words.

PS: This text corrected by ChatGPT )) My English is not good enough yet to write such a good text )))

  9. I found that ChatGPT helpful for improving my French writing skills. It not only corrects my mistakes but also suggests alternative sentences, some of which I have already been able to incorporate (such as converting passive voice to active voice). I even asked ChatGPT to assess my language proficiency, which it determined to be at an intermediate level. However, when I mentioned that I didn't have a French keyboard and asked to overlook typographical errors, it upgraded my writing estimate to intermediate-advanced.

I must admit that expressing myself in French (and even in English, which is not my first or second language) has been challenging, but I am gradually gaining confidence!

P.S. There is a feature available for speaking and listening with ChatGPT!

  10. It's great to see that you now have subtitles in Tagalog, and I'm glad that the grammar is somewhat accurate. Perhaps I think you used ChatGPT to translate the subtitles into Tagalog. I have also tried using ChatGPT to translate texts from other languages to Tagalog, and while it produces translations with few errors, it still requires human intervention for proofreading the translated texts.

  11. The best way to improve foreign language is by thinking in that language. Then we come across all sorts of things that we find difficult to express. We can write them in a simple way, and ask ChatGPT to put it in the most common way in a given language, or even to give us a literary example from book(s) where similar idea was conveyed.
It's also a great tool for advanced learners. We can write a complex sentences or even a short story, and ask it to analyse, give some suggestions, explain grammar, etc. We can write something and ask to put it in the style of XiX century novel, then say in a Shakespearian style, etc. Great fun!

  12. I use ChatGPT along with LingQ in much the same way that Steve shows, here. It is a great combination, because you can get texts and dialogue about your specific interests, which can otherwise be difficult to find.

  13. I have ben playing with this too. I am b2 french. I find it useful for semi realistic conversations and role play in french. I have added a plug in for chrome which allows me to speak as input, then I set various parameters to ensure a conversation like interaction. This, mostly works very well and allows me to practice as and when I like during the day and in that way remember words and expand my working vocabulary. I do find I have to remind it from time to time to keep the aswers brief and for it to interject questions for me to answer, which keeps the conversation more lively. Oh and of course it disciplines me to pronounce the words correctly as I am using the microphone as input.

  14. I'm using ChatGPT to learn Japanese and I'll tell you what, it is an amazing tool to learning a new language. But I do believe that one needs to know what to ask and what to demand of it.
My favorite thing to ask ChatGPT when it comes up with a sentence or translate something I asked it I prompt it with: "is this how a native would say that same thing?"
    Or
Give me the most natural way of conveying what I told you and break it down for me.
Do these, forget translations and focus only on the meaning, internalize it and it's basically it.

  15. You aren’t using ChatGPT 4. ChatGPT 4 is an absolute beast and is nearly perfect for language learning. I’ve used it. You’re using the free version… 3.5. Upgrade to PLUS and then make a video. In my opinion, if companies don’t embrace ChatGPT 4 for language learning, they will be put out of business. And this is coming from someone who works in the tech world. AI like this will be the most effective way to learn a language outside of moving to a country that speaks your target language.

  16. LLMs are great for teaching Esperanto around the whole world & in 6 months we will matured to Cooperative community that can understand each other, instead of this ambiguous & misleading communication with imperial languages
    Bonŝancon 😉

  17. I use chatGpt for creating different letters. I think its very useful when you want to express yourself in the most flawless and unique way, chatGPT is very able to help you forming a cover letter for Example. If you don't understand any parts, no problem. Ask it to make it a little bit easier:)

  20. I notice that you use the word "please" when speaking to chat GPT, as do I when I use it. Does anyone else ever get a sudden flash when typing "please", of an apocalypse future where AI driven robots are holding a gun to their head and are checking your chat GPT history to see if they were nice to the chatbot?😂

  21. What worked for me was saving a bunch of presets in GPT playground so I don't have to type every time and just using apps like Duolingo and Fluenti whenever I wanted a more "do-it-for-me" experience.

  22. I think it does the job, but there's a bit of a learning curve to figuring out what its limitations are. For example the other day I asked it to correct a text I wrote, paying special attention to word order, but while it did have some useful suggestions, it completely ignored the word order and had things like
instead of "correct word" you should write "incorrect word"
instead of "the exact same words" you should write "the exact same words"
and some things it wore were just useless, or irrelevant.
It does however work really well for conversations.

  23. With 'chatGPT voice' you can now even talk with the AI. It is fun and it finally helps me to get my taklking going. It is a good additional tool to LingQ. With LingQ I do all my reading and listening and with ChatGPT I do the talking and conversing.

  24. I have started using it for output. I ask it for a writing prompt and then write in my target language. It will correct my writing, HOWEVER, there are sometimes errors in the correction. That may not be great for beginners, but it helps with my output since I am shy and don't want to use video to speak with a real person YET.
