  1. I'd agree it's important for men to have covering and men peers. As a woman, there's security/something safe about knowing the men in your life have structure, discipline, accountability.

  2. Brothers, Men, Kings, there is no shame in crying its a cleansing of the soul let your intermediate circle with you are not at the moment be your human Kleenex💐

  3. I’m looking forward to see how these episodes actually help the hosts evolve to be men they could have never imagined themselves to be. Elohim, please keep speaking to them through their guests. 🤍🙏🏾

  4. A-lot of male issues were created and re enforced by other males… Toxic male socialization and toxic male peer pressure …… faux masculinity is real! If a man can pull away from the toxic peers and faux masculinity and focus on self awareness and accountability for self 1st.

  5. So important and so needed. My ex was the same about sadness he was able to overcome ir after we watched the movie Inside Out together. Its a kids movie but it may help people learn how to peocess uncomfortable emotions.

  6. Man. This has blessed me on so many levels. Definitely needed this and to know that there's true brotherhood and men out here helping other brothers navigate through this thing we call life. Most High bless yall. This is the second video from this podcast and you're 2 for 2 🤝🏾

  7. I think that what many if not most women don't understand is that women have to lead. So many women argue that a woman is not supposed to provide, protect nor lead, that's a man job. And that's what I think got men so uptight. They actually believe that stuff women says and can't live up to it, bcuz it's not true. It's just little girl emotions women haven't outgrown yet. Naturally, a child will look to be covered and taken care of. But in adults this is farce.

And when childish women gets with a man, they do things automatically to build him up and bring herself down. Which is proving, protecting, and leading. But doing it backwards. And he's only gonna become churlish, selfish and hostile over. Bcuz that's what becomes his dominance and leadership. A caustic tongue and quick temper. He's not doing anything but building up fear in her and making her feel bad. Bad men learn how to grab up a woman's false needs for their own use. So while she's calling on patriarchy to provide, lead, protect, and rule, she will be actually giving certain guys money, paying their bills, and even financing their dates with other women.

If I could give just one piece of advice to decent men with a good heart and means well, it would be to stop listening to women calling on patriarchy. Those are nothing but little girls in women's bodies, and noble men are not gonna find nothing there but a nightmare. Dusties are the ones suitable for the patriarchal ladies. Bcuz the dusties are unscrupulous and will teach them the hard lessons that they need to learn. Bums or employed moochers controlling those women with a hot temper.

  8. This is definitely the best podcast out right now. It’s almost surreal that these conversations are public for black men, but I’m enjoying each and everyone of them; this one especially! Much love for everyone that’s apart of this.

  9. I love how he broke down the three types of friendships/relationships a man should have in his community. Within, I always got a strange feeling if a man I was getting to know didn’t have a strong community. I now know how much of an asset it is in his growth and mental development

  10. 13:00 yeshua himself went into the wilderness away from everyone he knew and love , to pray , it is necessary to peel yourself away from the noise and have a moment to get a good cry out or pray or just to be physically still and PHYSICALLY BREATHE… 25:49 it’s not an unmanly thing to cry 37:46 🫣😰🫢…. Wait … what !??? Noo 😔

  11. There are some great men out there, who are strong, highvalue and good faithful godly men

An then there are the men sistas want to have sex with.

Being a good man, dont mean your good for that woman.

UNTIL sistas start to value high men for their character, heart and being…not just yall money, Brothers like me are going to continue to be gigalos

  12. Great conversation. It is necessary for women to listen to emotional mature and secure men discuss life. We have men in our lives whom we love and want the best for. There are so many distractions from the societal machine promoting the narrative that Black men and women are at odds and our families are in turmoil. This is far from the truth. ❤

  13. Maybe that’s why a lot of guys are considered simps nowadays… The lack of fathers in the home is making men more protective of and acquiescing to women…

  14. Great podcast! The guest had several valid points, but I personally didn’t agree with how he kept saying “as a man”. This is a blanket statement that says that all men are a certain way. I believe manhood and womanhood cannot be generalized because many factors, mainly one’s upbringing, determines how people process emotions. I personally know men that contradict many of his points. Nonetheless, it was a good show.

  15. My goodness!! Once I started, I could not stop listening to this!! This dialogue was truly enlightening!! So much was unpacked here!! I gained a deeper insight on the topics discussed!! Thanks y’all!! 💪🏾🥰💪🏾

  16. Great gems discussed . Side Note: If a man is having ED problems, it is mostly because of diet and what he is putting into his body. Eat to live, not live to eat.

  17. 1:03:23 I know ya made this as a short clips. This is a whole new podcast right here. Thank you for making it clear.

It's what I always express to those I guide in health and wellness. Back to the foundation and rewire the brain and re-parent ourselves through compassion and forgiveness.

While using all the tools mentioned in this video. I love it..
