  1. i’m 16, asian and i only weigh 44kgs at most and i swear to not go any lower bec it’s indeed unhealthy, it makes me dizzy at times, and my stamina isn’t that good. i’m only ab 5’4ish though and yeah it is considered underweight, i cannot imagine myself a year ago feeling even more insecure ab how i look despite this fact that i desperately do extreme exercises in order to achieve that slim look (i have a lower muscle mass) ;-; i still feel this way sometimes

  2. This type of weight- fitting into the beauty standards is just Toxic….I mean just being around that much can cause alot of side effects to the body….I hope people start to change their mindset in this category and start living in the nutrition coloumn.

  3. Im half Korean/black. I was a size 0 here in the US and about 110-115lbs. When I went to try on pants at the store in Korea, I was the 3rd largest size they had in the store. I wanted to die.

  4. I’m 5’2, my lowest was 105lbs and I felt like shit, it’s sad people aren’t understanding but different cultures different standards

  5. They're not joking, I'm 5'7 around 120 lbs, size 0 in the U.S, when I was travel to Korea and Japan, even staff in beauty/hair salon recommend me to lose weight 😂

  6. People really listing their heights and complaining they’d die 🤦‍♂️ Bruh the average female height in Koreanis 5’3. You’re 5’8 – 5’10 clearly you’re not even close to being the same height.
40-50kg at 5’3 is still skinny but the extra 5 to 7 inches of height difference will clearly mean you can’t get to the same weight 🤦‍♂️

  7. Me being 43 is ideal? Yoww! The fact that I desperately putting effort just to go up and add more just to be right. I was being ask if I had anorexia sometimes and it's embarrassing bcoz im not

  8. I'd be considered fat in Korea. I'm naturally curvy…my body can't be super slim. I had anorexia and got very tiny and it wasn't healthy for my body type. But I recognize every person has their own unique body type and we are all beautiful. Thin, big etc. Ladies you're beautiful ❤

  9. Who is girl #3?! 👀😍 Love the deep voice to.

Oh and SK not having garbage and toxic beauty standards challenge… Dang, they failed for the x1000000000 time.

  10. I'm like 154cm and I weigh over 65kg… I'm not toxic about my weight or appearance but I know that it overweight so I'm trying to live a more active life… However I know people work hard to try to have my figure shape, but know that with bigger proportions, comes heavier load and that puts a strain on your posture
