When is the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix 2023 and how can I see it?


Formula 1 heads to Imola for round six of the 2023 season and how and when to invite drivers to battle at this weekend’s Emilia Romagna Grand Prix.

Max Verstappen goes into this race having won in Miami last time and currently sits 14 points clear of teammate Sergio Perez in the Drivers’ Championship. From today’s perspective, Red Bull is also at the top of the constructors’ championship with a lead of 122 points over Aston Martin.

At last year’s race at Imola, Verstappen led Perez home with a one-two for Red Bull, while McLaren’s Lando Norris finished third – meaning he was the only driver outside the top six of last year’s championship to finish on the podium.

This year free practice starts on Friday 19th May in preparation for qualifying on Saturday 20th May and the Grand Prix on Sunday 21st May.
