  1. Ferrari as a major team can’t just put anyone in the car as it reflects on their successes as a team. Seb bought 4 world championships. Although none of them were associated with Ferrari, people still saw a 4 time world champion dressed in red. It’s not just about talent, they need to have an existing world champion in that other seat for the marketing value. That leaves Kimi (who would happily play no. 2 to Leclerc), Alonso (who wanted an F1 drive for 2021…), Hamilton (who shouldn’t turn his back on Mercedes). Who else??!

  2. If Ferrari are really after glory, then they must have two challenging for titles. Mercedes have always gone for two attempting to win.. All great teams in glory days had two fighting.
They push one another to greatness. It has to be Ricciardo. He'd beat Hamilton in the same car.

  3. Ferrari is known for making the seat available for the next guy. I give Sainz 1-2 years until Mick Schumacher is ready. Vettel either finds his way to Benz or Red Bull otherwise he retires.
