  1. Hi Doctor…. You have been awesome… Jus one question ….
One year after Hysterectomy (done for Endometriosis – Frozen Pelvis, done by laproscopy with one ovary Left) how much weight Can be Lifted…

  2. Ab-solutely. They should lift rather heavy too. Not powerlifting. The more muscle fibers one has, the more calories/fat is burned at rest. No, women will not get big bodybuilder muscles (unless you are on the juice – not recommended!!!!).

  3. @Dr Pal I have a question regarding exercising in fasted state. I follow 16 hrs fasting 8 hrs eating window. My last meal is at 5:30 pm to 6 pm. I go for functional hiit and walking at 6 am the next day. I exercise close to 1.5 hours in morning. I eat my first meal between 9 am to 9:30 am . Is it safe to exercise rigourously weight and resistance training at the end of the fasting phase. It is very crucial to know this please

  4. at 40 i think i have realised it at the right time and started doing it from last 1 year. Can see the difference already and feeling better day by day with increased confidence level, weight maintained well, good metabolism, and also got rid of period cramps.
So gals buck up and lift all your problems with weight training.
    Its awesome.
Thank u so much doctor for making people aware of this.

  5. Will you please make a video about having healthy ovulation/menstrual cycle.
I know, I know, you're not a gynaecologist, still, I just wanted to make a request to you.

  6. It aint fair that women have menopause and have to go through all kinds of sh***. Men continue to produce sperms throughout their life. Easier for men to retain muscle mass than for women. Women increase your intake of protein and calcium so you can lift weights and maintain muscle mass. Walking does help too.
