I am wondering if this will help me I am 52 in perimenopause and also have been diagnosed with prolapse trying so hard to heal my body I’m 5 feet tall and at 152 pounds way too much weight especially around mid section that makes the prolapse worse trying to find healthy way to lose weight and feel a lot better have lost a lot of energy😔 Trying to keep it holistic the less chemicals I put in my body the better
