  1. Hope you are having an amazing day! Thank you so much for this video. I am currently working in the business world and have been considering taking the steps to become a WHNP for the past couple years. This video was so helpful!

  2. When you start your first job do you get additional training like an orientation? It sounds scary to graduate and jump right into to seeing patients. Or Did you feel like your program prepared you?

  3. This was such an informational video! I love it so much thank you!:) I’m like 95% sure that this is what I want to do, and I’m so happy I came across your video! Thank you so much!!❤️

  4. This video was very informative. Thank you for sharing. This is definitely giving me the push I need. I have a question though. Can we work with an infertility specialist??

  5. I love your video. It is so helpful for me who wants to become a WHNP in the future. Can I ask if there is huge legal risk for WHNP as well like the other NP in other settings? Do you prescribe medication a lot to patients? I want to become a WHNP but am scared of the legal risk. I am def going to do my best not to give wrong medication but just worried it might be happened. Also, can I ask which was more challenging for you, BSN or MSN program?

  6. LOVE THIS. I started my FNP program 3 months after my BSN I am bedside the ICU and loathe it. Counting down to hit one year and have no idea what to do next. I start clinicals in January and want more time to actually study. I am so happy you are thriving.

  7. This video helped me so much! Thank you! Just to clarify, you wouldn’t recommend getting your RN first? Another question, could a WHNP become certified in nurse midwifery?

  8. Which school did you go to? Which do you recommend after speaking with other WHNPs? I’m currently looking at University of Colorado Anschutz ♥️

  9. Hi Jenny! Happy to have found you because I realized WHNP is what I think I’m meant to do. I was wondering if Emory University offers a good amount of the WHNP program online since at the moment I am overseas. Btw I’m originally an east coast girl so hope you enjoy it. I’m subscribed! Hope to see more content soon.

  10. When you said being an RN and being an NP are completely different, THAT is what I’ve been waiting to hear after days and days of watching YT videos.
See, I’m wanting to become an actual Nurse Practitioner..and ideally skipping the tedious RN job experience part 😅
I am looking at applying to a traditional BSN nursing program but don’t want to be a nurse too long until I attend NP program. Any advice to get accepted to NP program without a ton of RN experience? I’m in my 30s so quicker become an NP the better.

  11. I want to go into WHNP but I just graduated in September with my BSN and got my license in October. So I have only 6 month nursing experience. Am I able to go to NP school?

  12. This has been really helpful! I know I want to work in women's health, but have gotten different perspectives regarding which route is best. Some have told me to just go for WHNP as if I absolutely know I want to end up in that field to just go ahead and pursue that; however, others have said to become an FNP since you'd have more flexibility. I'm still a bit conflicted, but seeing this has been great. So thank you for that!!
