Sarah and Chris Ellis bought the land in 2019, just six months before the pandemic hit. Before they built their house, the land was overgrown and had an abandoned lot. cabin. The couple, who have lived there with their three children, set out to transform the land into their dream home.

The serene views of the grounds are Chris’ favorite part of the property, where the family has lived for about a year after construction was completed. He said: “The view towards the pond, if you look from the back of the house towards the natural pond, is priceless. “It’s very rare and a fantastic sight.”

With large open plan spaces and floor-to-ceiling windows, the property is spread over three levels and features a large cinema and games room to entertain guests, and a wine cellar. There is also an engine room, ample storage space and three dressing rooms.

The main living room is combined with the kitchen and is open plan, with the kitchen overlooking the family dining room. The space opens to a space that could be used as a more formal dining room, with space for a lounge at the end.
