No.. I agree with the mother. You may call youself a woman, and others would agree, but for me, if you have xy chromosomes, then you simply and biologically and scientifically a man. No amounts of surgery can change that. Women always have xx chromosomes and normally have uteruses and periods and breasts, small or big, and give birth.

If you feel a bit like a guy but your a woman your what we call a tom boy, literally a girl you should use the girls room you just have so e guy qualities. But what if… a lot of people prefer using women to only instantly mean biological women when they say the word? So if you don't want to be women just use another word instead of "women"? I think your mom wouldn't be so cunfused if you did that. It would make instant sense when she then says only women can have periods. Transmen have periods. Transwomen don't have periods.
