Although it can be tricky trying to have a natural birth in the hospital I want moms to know it's possible. If a natural birth is something you'd like, make sure your team knows about your preferences and that you're well-equipped to take on this journey.

why would you want to go through that pain if you don't have to , women throughout history would have begged to have any pain taken away .
I had my little sweetie naturally on the 30th. When I got admitted they realized I needed to get him out faster due to some complications & almost wanted to give me pitocin. But with the help of my doula coaching me to move & breath & yoga ball bounce through each contraction I dilated quicker & didn't need pitocin. At one point his heart rate dropped & they needed me to keep shifting into certain positions to keep him safe. Yes the pain was intense but when the doctor finally instructed me to push I got him out in 1 push, because I listened to my Doula, my body, & breathed through it all. My first baby born within 9 hours of me being admitted (2 dilated) & because healing was quick I was discharged the next morning. 🥰
