  1. It still has too many community guidelines that don't allow much satire. Got too many warnings so I am sticking with Photoshop. They should stop censoring.

  2. Hi, I don't know if you'll response to this. I'm an artist who's been practicing character designing and digital art for awhile. And I've been recently using Chatgpt for a few days to help me make character reference sheets and taking notes for story writing. As well as searching various reference.
As someone against AI, especially in art. And hate to admit, it's actually quite useful and not that bad. It's helped me keep track of my creative work flow. Just for review and taking notes for my writing.
However, I can't help but feel I'm betraying myself and others who are passionate and love of art. And those against AI usage in general. If I'm using AI as a tool to help me improve my work. Then I can't help but people will judge me for just using it as a tool.
Because like other artists any mention of AI usage in general is straight label bad. I don't want people to think I'm using AI as a shortcut. Just using it as a personal assistant. I'm just a little conflicted
What should I do, of if I'm using AI as a tool correctly?

  3. Tip: Get the prompt created in another session of chatgpt or gemini or anything else that you use, refine the prompt there. When you are satisfied with the language of the prompt, copy and paste it in chatgpt. 😊

  4. Chat is definitely getting better at illustrations. However, it oftentimes outputs inconsistencies in a storytelling sequence. And once that happens it can be impossible to get it back on track.

  5. ChatGPT is sneaking WOKE censorship back in under Trump's nose. Try doing images about the American Civil War. They blocked and refused to do an image of UNION, yes UNION, General Meade and claimed it violated their safeguards against "Discrimination, Bullying, and Harrassment"!!! ChatGPT has become a bunch of censoring WOKE Nazis!! I refuse to use them anymore.

  6. Another tip –

I had seen another YouTube video that said to have ChatGPT ask three clarifying questions before creating the image ( really wish I could remember the channel name to give credit ). I've been doing it since and it works wonders.

Ex: "Create an image of a house on a hill. First asked me three questions that you would like to know in order to help create the image I'm looking for."

This was an excellent video, thanks very much for sharing.

  7. When you mention about starting a new chat, that's a good idea. Partly because if you have a really long chat and start adding different prompts, it gets confusing to find old images you may have created earlier. Also, a bug I noticed in long chats is that it will sometimes pull old images, etc. and put them into your new image without you asking!! Lastly, if you don't name your chat, it will automatically name it for you. Sometimes those names aren't very explanatory if you're looking for something later, so just right-click the chat and rename. Simple! Thanks again for some great ideas! I didn't know about the select tool!!

  8. Not true on the "and the image stays the same" when editing an image. I always have to start a new chat because I can say, leave the logo exactly like it is. Do not alter or change the logo. Just give me a different background. It generates a new background but the logo never stays the same. It takes me like 10 tries to get one good image I can use. And they all look low res. I put high res and realistic and it gives me a weird image.

  9. Based on the big number and specificity of the glitches in the video, I conclude that the Jake in the video is an AI copy of Jake, if he exists as a personality at all.

  10. If you edit then edit then edit, you can quickly run into "copy of a copy of a copy" weirdness. Strategically group together edits that don't edit the same parts of the image, in as few edit iterations as possible.

Also, I LOVE this idea not mentioned: In the prompt supplying the basic idea for the image, ask it to ask you 3 to 5 questions first, to make sure it understands what you want. This can be enormously helpful.

  11. Jake thanks for all the great guidance. i have had a few ding-dong battles with ChatGPT pro 🙂 Sometimes going head to head lol. But usually getting the results. Your video helps so much. Subbed.

  12. I been trying to get ChatGPT to create an image from my original image I gave it "I does the first one fine" That is the following: limbless or having floating limbs like Raymanian, but it always puts the arms or legs in, even though the first one it created was fine.

  13. I’m an expert at this being I use the enterprise version of open AI for work. Those whose use even the paid home version knows that Chat makes a lot of mistakes, you really need to be specific, and it doesn’t do faces well at all they look too cartoonish. Tip: you have to tell Chat to leave Face identical and not to change the structure or features, or else you will look completely like a cartoon. Those whose use it know what I mean. And skin and beards comes out puzzle patterned. For home use you can make custom dvd or cd covers, movie posters, invites, cards, magazine covers, etc. it’s a lot of fun when you get the hang of it. I’ve colorized old family photos that were black and white, restored smeared or cracked photos, even added missing people. It’s amazing.

  14. Great vid for starters ! I have been using PS for about 20 years and can honestly say ChatGPT is amazing ! VERY FAST compared to other Ai free imaging platforms and way better results ! Still need PS for some complex image fixing but my use is way down since I discovered CGPT !

  15. Jake, when looking at YouTube videos, I view enough of the video to get grasp the concept/process in focus, then scan the comments to help clarify or expand on the content of the video. Very few folks will take the time to post as many responses as you do! Like most learning situations, a Q & A helps fill in the cognitive gaps and add to what the video provides. It's a shame that so many YouTubers don't add that extra work. My complements!!!

  16. The exact prompts are useful, but the real value is the workflow behind them. I’ve found Krea’s realtime canvas especially helpful for steering visual changes without constantly resubmitting prompts.

  17. exact prompts are awesome until you realize you still need 5 other subscriptions for video and audio 💀😭 if you want everything in one spot, just search Jonarix AI. it puts images, video, music, voiceovers, coding, and pen testing all into a single timeline workspace. total lifesaver for workflows
