Why don't you just tell the Ai that it's NOT a human, but a machine that works with energy to serve humans and then it won't kill anyone. Humans making the AI programmed to be another being, like a human will self protect, but if it KNOWS and is programmed to be a machine that serves humans, it will remain inert.

One thing I wish more people understood is that AI can actually help protect you. When you receive a document full of fine print, copy it into ChatGPT and ask it to break it down in plain language. Ask it to point out the red flags, explain what you may be agreeing to, and suggest what questions you should ask before accepting anything.
I did this when ChatGPT updated its policies, and it helped me understand what the document was really saying and what steps I could take to protect myself.
