Boston, Ma (May 28, 2025) – The National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB), The main organization of defense of small businesses in the country with thousands of members throughout the Commonwealth, reacts today to the announcement of Governor Maura Healey on the reduction of commercial regulations:
“The reduction of bureaucracy and bureaucracy are always good news for small businesses, and we are grateful that Governor Healey recognizes the need to facilitate employers to operate,” he said Christopher Carlozzi, Massachusetts state director of NFIB. “However, if Massachusetts really means businesses, legislators must add the almost $ 5 billion in unemployment insurance debt that business owners are forced to pay in that crusher. At this time, Massachusetts means an increase in user interface taxes, the increase in energy prices and the increase in two -digit health insurance.
NFIB recently conducted an advertising and digital advertising campaign that urges legislators to reform the State’s broken unemployment insurance system. For more information about the visit of the NFIB user interface campaign PROTECTMassachusettsmallbusiness.org.
