The Albanian government has been accused of going back on its promise to review the definition of a small business after Industrial Relations Minister Murray Watt steadfastly refused to exempt more small and medium-sized businesses from unfair dismissal laws.
Watt told the ABC on Monday that the government would not increase the scope of the Fair Work Act definition. small business 15 to 25 employees, allowing those employers to be subject to different considerations under labor law.
