  2. I don't drink at all anymore. I don't know what happened, but I also have Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue, and at some point during Perimenopause, my alcohol tolerance went way down. If I had even one glass of wine, the next day was like a full hangover for me. Different alcoholic drinks affect me pretty much the same. I don't believe that even what is considered moderate drinking is really that good for the brain.
