He Administration of small US companies. recently selected Kim and Larry Lewisowners of the Huntsville -based technical solutions company Projectxyz Inc., as Alabama Small Business Persians of the Year.

The SBA announced winners of each of the 50 states, the district of Columbia, Puerto Rico and Guam before NATIONAL WEEK OF SMALL BUSINESSES.

“Larry and I have the honor of being named the small companies of Alabama of the year by the administration of small businesses in the United States,” said Kim Lewis. “This recognition is a testimony of the arduous work, dedication and innovation of our incredible team. Small businesses are the backbone of our communities, and we are proud to be part of a network of entrepreneurs that drive growth, create opportunities and inspire the next generation of leaders. We hope to continue investing and participate in the business landscape of Alabama.”

Founded in 2002, Projectxyz offers services in engineering, manufacturing, transmission, foreign military sales, logistics, alternative energy and information technology. Serving federal and commercial clients, the company offers experience in research, design, development, integration and support.

The 53 winners have been invited to attend ceremonies in Washington, DC, from May 4 to 5, where they will be honored with their individual awards along with the appointment of the national person of small national companies of the year 2025.
