Information we handle
If you email us, we receive your address, message and any information you choose to include. Our website host may process technical data such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and security logs to deliver and protect the site. WordPress uses login cookies for administrators; visitors do not need an account to read these pages.
At launch, we have not added a public contact form, newsletter sign-up or visitor analytics tool. Comments and public account registration are not part of the intended launch site. If that changes, this notice will be updated first.
Why we use it
We use correspondence to reply to enquiries and corrections. We use technical logs to operate and secure the website. Our basis for these uses is our legitimate interest in running a useful, secure site and responding to people who contact us. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry emails for marketing without a separate choice.
Providers and retention
Hostinger provides website hosting and Bluehost currently provides email for this domain. They may process data for us to supply those services, including outside the UK under their applicable safeguards. We keep correspondence only while needed to answer and manage the matter, subject to any legal recordkeeping need. Technical log retention is controlled by the hosting provider and its settings; contact us for the current detail.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. You may also have rights to restrict or object to its use. To make a request, email hello@decorrislist.com. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with our response.
Links and future changes
Links to other websites are governed by those sites’ own privacy notices. Links in the Explore offers directory pass through ClickBank before reaching the seller. Clicking may share technical data such as your IP address and browser information with ClickBank and the seller; those parties may use cookies or other tracking under their own privacy notices. We do not receive your payment details from those sellers. If we later add our own analytics, embeds or email subscriptions, we will review their data flow and update this notice. The current commercial model is explained in our affiliate disclosure.
