Spotlight of small businesses: Deez Rolls

Fresno, California (KFSN) – Delicious, delicious and made by Deavin Lipscomb, the rolls have baked flavor in each bite.

“I don’t like original flavors,” he said. “I like people to have the option to get something they can yearn for.”

While the classic cinnamon roll is available, these creations covered with caramel and fruity pebbles have become a success.

“My rolls, if they have coverage at the top, there is also the coverage of the interior, so you get twice the coverage,” Lipscomb said.

Lipscomb is known for infusing its desserts with creativity.

“I have established flavors, but I’m always depressed to try new flavors,” he said.

Basic products include original caramel nut, strawberry shortcake and cookie monster.

Kirk Elementary educator entered business with his best friend and sister.

“It’s a complete family dynamic,” he said. “All this is in tribute to my mother. When growing, my mother was the baker, the cook. Any possibility that she could be in the kitchen with her, was learning there.”

Lipscomb says he grew up knowing that food brings together people, so he wanted to share it with his community.

“I just want to feed everyone who can with delicious desserts,” he said.
