The conversation on war in Sudan should include 'Where have all the weapons been coming from?' Where were the weapons made? Tie the personal tragedies (road blocks, displacements, etc.) to the acts of the manufacturers and capitalists who are responsible for those tragedies through their weapons. Say this loud, clear, and don't stop.

There are people in the comments who think this report calls for more military intervention. NO. Most reports on wars do not support more conflict. This was done to tell and inform people from around the world to provide any means of assistance they can give to support healthcare workers and the people in desperate need of medical care. Information like this help people around the world know and gather resources together for people and understand more about the problems that could one day be affecting you. I became addicted to opiate pills in 1995. Still addicted today. Had to switch to Suboxone from Methadone, do not reccomend it. The oral strips made me so sick, I ended up in the ER twice. After that YEAR of hell, my Doctor said, oh, you have full medi-cal, we can get patches. After a year. I stuck with being clean, on my own, alone, for 4 years. Cuz those drugs, that are all there is on the street, scare me. No thanks. Maybe that is what it took. As a doctor, maybe you can start fixing the stigma of addiction, which is alive and well in 2023. All those years addicted, still cannot speak of this to anyone. For any reason. I have 1 friend now who knows. And the doctor. His nurse? Is on Suboxone too…she and doc don't tell anyone else, I am friggin sure. Help us with that, and you did far more than ALL the doctors that fed my addiction…and never said that word.
