“I feel it is the universe that says: Oh, here is this award, now shows that it shows that you can be a good business person,” said Benike.

The work comes with Benike fighting to keep his business in operation while realizing how to access his products from abroad.

“We have no idea what direction is going to go, if we are going to obtain products in the USA., If we are going to discover the international distribution, if the tariffs will get worse, improve or disappear.”

The whole situation has caused Benike to slightly turn the focus on his trip. He still plans to celebrate and take his son to see the national monuments that he learns at school, but now he is also planning some defense work.

“I will talk at a press conference and talk about how small businesses are affected by tariffs,” said Benike.

Her son, Christian Benike, has been seeing her meet after an interview with several media and is beginning to see why the problem is important for her.

“People [are] Buying things, but that makes us a little low in inventory, but we are still getting money to pay the rate. “

The work is cut for Beth Benike, but said he will not stop fighting for his family and other owners of small businesses trapped in the same position.
