Waymo and Uber will begin offering Robotaxi trips in Atlanta to selected customers who signed a waiting list. The measure is advanced to the public launch of Robotaxi of the companies this summer.
Selected customers for early access will be notified in the UBER application and by email. Those who opt for Robotaxi’s trips will be encouraged to provide comments during and after the trip. As an additional incentive, passengers will receive $ 10 in Uber credits after their first trip in Waymo.
Atlanta is the second city to obtain the so -called “Waymo On Uber” service. The companies launched the service, which combines with the passengers with a waymo through the Uber application, in Austin this spring.
