BEYOND THE GRID: Pat Symonds on working with Senna and Schumacher, achieving title glory and the exciting future of F1

Over the years, Pat worked with other legendary names such as Michael Schumacher and Fernando Alonso, bringing them a host of victories and world championship titles at Benetton and Renault during the 1990s and 2000s.

Today, the respected British engineer is the Technical Director of F1, and his task is to produce spectacular racing today and in the years to come, including the introduction of sustainable fuels that will power a new generation of F1 cars from 2026.
