And you don’t need to join their club just to get your ice cream sooner.C: It’s not the highest crime or misdemeanor. But you’re wrong. And I think you know it, or you wouldn’t be writing to me. You’d do the simple internet searching I did and discover that parking in E.V. spots without charging an E.V. is against the law in North Carolina, Vermont and Montreal.
