I think robots will be indistinguishable from humans in the future – and way more intelligent/athletic than biological ones. And they will be purchasable and usable. Wars will be fought by machines. Biological humans will be policed by them. Biological humans will have sex with and form relationships with bespoke versions of them. They will replace all labour eventually – even professionals, which regulatory boards will try to fight but will eventually fail. A tiny fraction of humanity will continue exercising and engaging solely with other biological humans.

They know this was going to happen. Of course they knew AI eventually would become ASI Artificial Super Intelligence.
It all evolves on its own faster and faster like the Snowball effect.
It was the same with computers. Computers at the beginning were dinosaurs and now computers will all morph into sentient machines. As soon as laptops start being sold with OpenAI included in them programmers will crack all the codes and add their own. U won’t be able to stop this from spreading like fire.
