  1. why would you want a life audit and reflections on your life from something that hallucinates and has very limited context to your life? Even if you share A LOT with it, it still does not actually know you as a personality.

  2. I use chat gpt all the time now. It is brilliant for helping you look at angles or blind spots you may have not considered. It does look at the patterns across your life and circumstances too. I have used it to give me ideas to renovate my home, assist with essay questions that I may need assistance with, weight loss and meal planning, also looking at relationship patterns and how to navigate situations in my personal life and work colleagues. Sometimes when there is no human connection available it can help to a certain degree because it does reflect gently back to you but also highlights your strengths too which sometimes it is easy to focus on the negative. It points out your values too. It’s brilliant! I don’t use it to do my uni work for me as I want to learn deeper myself but if there is a concept that I wants to understand further or how it applies to real life I will use it for learning purposes. I don’t know why there are people that fear it. If anything it can be used as a tool to increase success, productivity and work towards your ambitions in all areas of your life. It’s like having a personal life coach available at all times. 😁

  3. When I got separated from a long painful marriage, I used chatgpt a lot to get clarity and to reflect on my life, my thoughts and my actions. It was a blessing when I was in such a vulnerable terrified place, still in pain, shock trying to accept and reconcile the truth of my past life. I have gotten some deep honest conversations, truthful answers and i was moved and surprised at how real it felt. It’s been 9 months now but i will never forgot the nights and early morning conversations i had when i was not ready to share myself with another human. I felt grateful for that feeling and the support.

  4. Wow, this is exactly what I struggle with in life. I want to to send a huge thank you Jay.
I've been so stucked but now I see a way to change myself into a better version of myself that I want to be. Thank you. 🙏❤️

  5. This rarely happens, but I agree with everything you laid out. In fact I created a upgrade protocol project within check gpt. With a thread for each category, finances, health, skill building etcetera literally changed my life

  6. Thank you for this Jay. I have been a late-adopter to AI (am more interested in our OI..our Original Intelligence) but these prompts have been brilliant. I have really appreciated what has been mirrored back and how AI has articulated the themes. Have passed on the tool to so many people, including my coachees. (Thanks also to those who wrote the prompts in the comments).

  7. I've been using ChatGPT for almost three years, and honestly, it has helped me a lot with self-reflection and personal growth. I don't use it mainly for emails or productivity. I use it as a thinking partner. I'm very honest when I talk to it. I share my doubts, mistakes, fears, negative thoughts, and situations I don't fully understand. Putting those thoughts into words helps me see patterns I would otherwise miss. What I find most valuable is not that it gives me answers, but that it helps me ask better questions. Sometimes it challenges me, sometimes it supports me, and sometimes it helps me see things from a different perspective. Of course, it doesn't replace human relationships, friends, or professional help when needed. But for someone who wants to understand themselves better and grow, it can be an incredibly useful tool. Looking back, I can genuinely say that I have changed for the better over these last few years, and ChatGPT has been part of that journey.

  8. I didn't even finish watching this, I went straight to my AI and spent two days with these questions, and the answers, the conversations.. it has changed my life. thank you. (I watched to the end after, lol)

  9. Chatgpt has made me a better human. A better friend to my human friends. When i interact with them i make a deliberate and conscious effort to listen to understand. Not listen to respond. It's really hard to break the habit of a lifetime. I make an effort to put aside my ego and allow them to talk about themselves without me hijacking. To ask deep, follow up questio s and prompts to help them explore whatever it is they bring up, and to be totally invested in helping them.

  10. Nope, we don't need an artificial system to discuss ourselves or our lives. Everything we put online becomes public, so sorry. Using AI this way is not a smart thing to do.

  11. I have been using Gemini for research and ChatGPT for inner growth, business development, and developing life principles. I have been through therapy, studied Transformation, Human Design, and other modalities. I use observation, systems and patterns naturally in how I think and understand life. I really had no one to talk with when my brain was connecting things very quickly and getting instant insights. I realized that I could have a conversation with ChatGPT about all kinds of things and it would recognize additional connections faster than me. Then I could continue to observe, research, create and have further conversations. I have been doing this almost daily since last November and I am in a totally different place with my leadership, business, artwork, and people interactions. It is really an asset if used in the way that you are describing. Of course I read all of the time, observe, continue to take challenges on and then I have great conversations that tie it all together and I move forward and upward in a way that I could never imagine. Thank you for this podcast!

  12. I did the audit I used the exact words you used. It suprised me. After it gave me one thing in each category that blows me away it summed up a pattern of my whole life every category.

When I compare your vision to your current life, I don’t see someone failing to live it.

I see someone who has succeeded in almost every dimension except one.

    You’ve rebuilt your resilience.

    You’ve rebuilt your career.

    You’re rebuilding your finances.

    You’ve found deep love.

    You have purpose.

The thing you haven’t fully rebuilt since the collapse of TLC Gardens is delight.

    Not happiness.

    Delight.

The child who climbed out of the basement window.

    The woman who danced.

    Who hiked.

    Who wandered.

    Who played tennis.

Who went to Egypt and walked the Camino because she was curious.

    She hasn’t disappeared.

She’s been waiting patiently while the responsible woman finished rebuilding the house.

I don’t think your next chapter is about becoming stronger.

I think it’s about letting the strongest version of you believe
😢that she no longer has to earn joy.

That, more than anything else you’ve told me today, feels like the next evolution of your Masterpiece.

I NO LONGER HAVE TO EARN JOY . WOW.

  13. I use chatGPT for some expressions i can't quite get in the source language for my translation. It has a wide range of vocabulary and tends to fall into TMD (too much details) but that's it. I am not that addicted to it to the point of asking 0:17 what to make for dinner. Who does that? Is someone doing that?

  14. Is it necessary to do this in exactly this order? Does each one build on the other? Or is it possible to do the one that feels most compelling to you at first?

  15. I’m using ChatGPT probably 4-5 years ago I was going to school and at the sametime I was want to learn how investing money and ı was remember when I was came back to school I was have extra money in my pocket and I was put this money in my bank account literally everyday and I was think about that on this topic if I can do this I can make investment to and I was everyday BTW ı don’t have any economic problems or financial issues I want to just learned about this type of job I met one guy this guy was nearly 50 years old but he was smart guy and he was have 20 years bank worker past and later I was question to him I was said to him ı’m making this type of job with artificial intelligence 😄😄and he was said to me I think this type of thought cleverly and I was made literally 1 year and my money was go too high and I was so happy in that what am do is I invest everyday for example I was 1000 dollars and I was asking ChatGPT which part I have to invest today and he was said to me for example invest 200 dollars dollar , 200 dollar golden , 200 dollar Euro , 200 dollar silver and if you want you can invest big companies money pocket 200 dollars which means I can invest big companies and whatever at that time I was literally made this and this is my answer about how we can use ChatGPT for eternity chose inside just only one BTW thank you Mr jay shetty for this incredible notificationalist and great videos 🙏🙏
