Something similar has happened to me once. When i was like 7 my aunt brought me swimming and i almost drowned cuz i flipped over in my UnIcOrn floaty and she was busy on her phone. Luckily i flipped myself over 🙂👍

I LITERALLY have witnessed this, i was at my little brothers pool party and some other ppl in the neighborhood were there too. This toddler walked over to the end i was swimming in and fell in head first, i immediately ran over and picked him up and started yelling for someone to come and his mom and her friends put their magazines down and ran over like oh my gosh what happened? I was like ur child just fell into the pool.. she didnt even say thank you for literally saving his life. Crazy
There was a little girl at my little brothers school that drowned in a pool because she was unatended. She was four years old. It was a few weeks before her kindergarten graduation that her parents never got to go to because their little girl died. Please PLEASE watch your kids when theyre near water.
As someone who has almost drowned multiple times either because my parents weren't paying attention or shoved my head under the bathtub filled with water til i almost pass out at punishment

My mom’s best friend’s son died when he was 5 because the adults he went to the pool with were too busy (idk what they were doing) and he drowned. He would be my age now if he had lived 🙁
