  1. Sir i am very depressed . Now i am preparing of a exam but everytime i study my child (2 year old ) grab my books , pen , copy if i study with mobile he grab mobile(but he is a zero screen time kid ) if i study from tv he also distrub me . Recently I am very voilent against me and often uses physcial punshiment but i dont want to do it . Plz guide me with how to overcome this problem. Should I give me screen time when I study .
